Karen & Melvin Start The New Year As A Married Couple

New Years Eve is always a night to celebrate, but from now on this night will be a little more special for Karen & Melvin.  Thats right, they got married on New Years Eve, and I got to spend the day with them. 
Out of all the couples I have photographed on their wedding day, I have to say Karen and Melvin had to be the most relaxed of all.  There was not an ounce of nervousness in either one of them!!  It was a cold and windy day (to be expected for the last of December in Newfoundland), but that just gave the couple another reason to cuddle together during their photoshoot.  Aside from the cold Karen and Melvin had a beautiful day for their wedding, and a lot of memories were made, and just as many captured as photos. Congratulations guys!!

Eileen & Howard Celebrate 40 Years Of Marriage & Family

During Christmas 2010 Eileen & Howard celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary surrounded by loads of family & friends.  And let me tell you, WHAT A FUN CROWD!  During the supper we were entertained with lots of stories, from stories of fun times with friends, to stories of the kind of loving family this couple created.  After supper the hall was cleaned up and the tables were moved to make room for a dance. Choosing the pictures for this post posed a little bit of a problem...there are so many great shots...not wanting to leave anyone out, I am going to post more then my usual ten pictures....but believe me, there are a lot more on your guys cd, then what I have previewed here!!
