Bishops College Class of 2012 Prom - June 1st, 2012

Kirsten looked stunning on the day of her prom!  As did all of the other girls who showed up at Kirsten's house for the annual Bishops College "Wine & Cheese" before they headed downtown to their prom.  The weather was beautiful which allowed us to take advantage of Kirsten's beautiful backyard...

Photobooth - Melanie & Colin Lane - June 30th 2012

Well...what do I say about these photos? Actually, I think they speak for themselves....

Melanie contacted me a while back, wondering if I was able to do a photobooth at her wedding.  I had never done one before, but was very excited to give it a try.  I am soo glad that she thought of doing this, we had so much fun and the pictures are hilarious. 

I can not take full credit for these pictures, I would like to thank Allison Stoodley for helping me out with this photobooth. She did most of the photobooth pictures, while I was shooting the rest of the reception and dance. This was the first wedding that Allison helped me with, and if she agrees, it wont be the last! 

I hope you all get as many laughs from these pictures as I did!

SJA Lamaline - Prom 2012

This year, I had the privilege to attend my schools senior prom.  I have been to several proms since I graduated, but this year I attended as their photographer.  Aside from realizing what a great group of students still go to this school, I became aware that these guys were in Grade 4 when I graduated...and let me tell you, that made me feel old...ahah.
I could tell by just looking around that you guys put a lot into getting ready for this day, the gym was gorgeous.  It was by far the nicest I have ever seen that place look...I mean you couldn't even notice that the walls were mint green...haha
And this post cant be complete without saying that you all looked amazing, the girls in their beautiful dresses, and the guys sharply dressed in their suits.  I wish you all the best in whatever you choose to do from here on out.
I am so happy to have been able to take part in your special day, and to be able to help preserve memories that you will hold onto and remember forever.  Because no matter how much you "hated" school, you will look back at your time at St. Josephs Academy and wish you were still there!
